Grant, 1620, July 22. 18 James I.

Grant by Christopher Carye of Stokenchurch in the county of Oxford, tailor, and Richard his son of the same, in consideration of a marriage between Richard and Agnes Corderey of Prynces Risboroughe in the county of Buckingham, and for divers other good and reasonable considerations, to Thomas Corderey of Prynces Risboroughe aforesaid, brother of the said Agnes and to Edward Carye of Bledlowridge in the county of Buckingham, bricklayer, of all that cottage, with 1 1/2 acres adjoining, in which Christopher and Richard dwell in the precinct of Stokenchurch, and which Christopher, Mabelhis wife, and Richard purchased of Isaac Rolfe; to hold one moiety of the premises to the use of Christopher and Mabel for thier lives and the life of the survivor and after their death to the use of Richard and Agnes in tail, with remainder in default of issue to Richard's right heirs; and the other moiety to the use of Richard and Agnes in tail, remainder, in default of issue, as before. Given 22 July, 18 James [I].
